Refund Policy

Travel The Philippines

This Refund Policy applies to all tours, travel packages, and services booked with Travel The Philippines, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. General

Travel The Philippines provides both tailor-made and pre-arranged travel experiences in the Philippines. Once a booking is confirmed, a binding agreement is established between the customer and Travel The Philippines. Refunds are assessed in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellations by the Customer

The following cancellation terms apply:

More than 60 days before departure:
The customer is entitled to a refund of payments made, minus an administrative fee and any non-refundable costs already incurred (e.g. flights, hotel deposits, local suppliers).
30–59 days before departure:
50% of the total trip cost will be refunded, minus any non-refundable costs.

Less than 30 days before departure:
No refund will be issued.

No-show:
No refund will be issued.

• Airfare outside package/Philippines:
 No refund will be issued.

3. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change travel dates, itineraries, or services after booking confirmation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. An amendment fee may apply.

4. Cancellations or Changes by Travel The Philippines

If Travel The Philippines is required to cancel or significantly modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our control:

The customer will be offered an alternative arrangement where possible, or
A refund for services not provided, where applicable
Travel The Philippines shall not be liable for additional expenses incurred by the customer, such as visas, flights booked independently, or insurance.

5. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this agreement due to force majeure events. Refunds in such cases depend on the terms and conditions of our local suppliers.

6. Travel and Cancellation Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance to cover illness, accidents, delays, and other unforeseen events.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days after written confirmation and will be returned via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
